John Michael Munsil, PG
Mr. Munsil has 20+ years diversified experience in the environmental, petroleum, and coal industries. He has managed and/or executed Phase I, II, and III environmental site assessments, underground storage tank investigations, design of remediations, contaminated soil remediations, soil and ground-water contamination investigations, groundwater modeling efforts, geo-physical studies, compliance audits, risk audits, and prepared management plans for various facilities to comply with federal, state and local regulations. Mr. Munsil has worked for major universities, lending institutions, real estate developers, major oil and gas companies, chemical companies, government agencies, and on military bases.
Mr. Munsil has also managed Phase I, II and III Environmental Site Assessments, Environmental Impact Statements, Risk Audits, and Compliance Audits in Mexico and has worked in Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, the Dominican Republic and Venezuela. He has represented both U.S. and Mexican clients with Mexican regulatory authorities (SEDUE / SEDESOL / CNA / SEMARNAP / SEMARNAT) and has presented seminars on compliance auditing and business management of environmental risks, in Mexico. Mr. Munsil is bilingual English/Spanish and holds dual US / Chilean citizenship.
