Prospective clients tend to get a bit annoyed because consultants are so often reluctant to display rates. There are a number of driving forces for this – all of which we are going to ignore – in order to demonstrate to you that Munsil & Munsil is committed to listening to you and attempting to understand your point of view. Please note that “listen”does not mean “blindly agree”; we reserve the right to disagree with our clients, prospective and existing.

2009 Reductions in Rates
You always have the opportunity to request a reduction in our rates. We reserve the right to not propose work to you if your request is not acceptable to us.
We may reduce our rates as follows:
- 50% on labor to Non-Profits whose main focus is the support of the marginalized elements of our society. These may include: the elderly, children, disaster refugees, 505(c) religious organizations, etc. Expenses will be passed through without markup.
- 10% reduction on labor to those clients who have used our services more than once and/or who have paid on a timely basis (<30 days)
- 10% reduction on labor to those clients who pay a retainer equal to the amount of projected expenses, in advance of our incurring the charges for those expenses
- As negotiated on a project-by-project basis
- For our marketing purposes
2009 Impacts to Rates by Staffing Assignments
We may choose to use personnel on projects whose ranks are higher than typical for the work performed. For example, we may choose to use a Non-Licensed Scientist to perform Non-Licensed Technician work.
In all cases, we will charge by the ranks that are typical or agreed-to for the work performed. This means that if a Principal Scientist performs Administrative Support, we will charge at Administrative Support rates. This provides a driving mechanism for us to staff projects in an appropriate manner.
